Can you CASE it Friday

Today I want to share with you a card that I CASE'd from a card I received from Jenn Tinline in a monthly swap.  When I opened Jenn's card this month, I immediately knew that I wanted to CASE it. Her card just makes me smile!

Jenn used the Seasonal Chums stamp set (Item 144948) and Coordinating Seasonal Tags Framelit Dies (Item 144685) which are available as a bundle in the Holiday Catalogue (Item 146077).  Her snowman is suspended using Metallic Thread in the opening and spins around.  What is really special about this stamp set and the one I used is that there is a front and back stamp to the card.  It doesn't matter which way he spins you get to see the detail!

Now for my card.
I used the A Little Wild stamp set (Item 144344) and the Coordinating Little Loves Framelit dies (Item 143743).  These are also available as a bundle (Item 145328).  To colour my lion, I used the new Stampin' Blends alcohol markers.  I'm in love with these markers.  It doesn't take any effort at all to get lots of depth to your card.  For this one I used the light and dark Crumb Cake markers for his body and the light and dark Daffodil Delight for the mane.

I can't wait to give this card to someone special!

Interested in learning more about the Stampin' Blends?  Check out my blog post from last week where I CASE'd a couple of cards from the flyer.  You can now order your own set of markers!  Here's some more details on what is available.
